Arrival

Main entrance (click to enlarge)The car park has a level gravel surface with plenty of parking space. Parking is available right outside the front door. There is a small step from the gravel onto the terrace in front of the door. The main entrance has two small steps from the terrace into the porch (see the picture on this page). The porch leads directly into the hallway, which is straight and wide enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair or walking frame.

The hall, lounge and breakfast room are all on the same level on the ground floor. There are no ground floor bedrooms.

Assistance dogs are welcome, and can be taken out for walks upon request.

If you need any help with your luggage, we're more than happy to help!

Guest Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are on the first floor.

The Staircase (click to enlarge)The bedrooms are accessed by stairs, which are quite steep. The staircase has 2 flights of steps with a small landing halfway up, and turns back on itself as you go up - details below:

first flight - 7 steps, handrail on the right
landing - 1 step with large newel post for assistance
second flight - 7 steps, handrail on the right

Cordless kettles can be provided if required by prior arrangement.

All televisions have teletext facilities and remote controls.

All bedrooms are en suite with toilet, basin and walk in shower.

Resident Animals

We are a working farm, so there are sometimes animals around the farmhouse. We have cats and dogs who do have access to the farmhouse, but not to the Guest Areas of the house. In the winter we are the home to Jenny the Donkey, who spends her summers giving rides to children on the beach at Llandudno!

We have free range chickens who have their own paddock, but sometimes forage around the garden, too.

Please advise us of any special requirements, allergies or diets prior to your arrival, and we will make all reasonable attempts to meet your needs.

As with all accommodation in England, smoking is not allowed in any part of the building. (Guests may smoke in the garden, but we ask you to ensure you do not leave any litter.)
