Cheshire makes great walking country, and Coole Hall Farm is close to the South Cheshire Way. This runs from Grindley Brook on the Shropshire Border, across to Mow Cop in Staffordshire. It links with many other long-distance paths, including the Sandstone Trail, the Gritstone Trail and the popular Cheshire Ring Canal Walk.
The newly-established Weaver Way passes very close to Coole Hall Farm. This stretches all the way from Frodsham in the north, to Audlem in the south - a distance of around 75 miles / 120 km. (Not to be confused with the "Weaver's Way" in Norfolk!)
